First-Team Breakthrough

Fort's impressive performances earned him a spot in the first-team squad under manager Xavi Hernández. He made his unofficial debut in a friendly against Vissel Kobe on June 6, 2023. His official first-team debut came on December 13, 2023, when he started as right-back in a UEFA Champions League match against Royal Antwerp. Throughout the 2024–25 season, Fort made 21 appearances across all competitions, contributing to Barcelona's domestic treble of La Liga, Copa del Rey, and Supercopa de España.
